Did you know that Channel 6 ABC was recently filming on CHC’s campus?

Volunteers from the Center in the Park Senior Environmental Corps welcomed the 5th grade class from Germantown’s John B. Kelly Elementary School for an educational, hands-on day of testing water, searching for pollutants and identifying certain creatures that live in the water.

The elementary school students and the senior volunteers were joined by representatives from the Philadelphia Water Department and Bob Myer, Ph.D., professor of biology, and some of his students, for an educational and fun day of water testing.
